Half-frame Photography started in the 1960s as a clever way to get more Shots per Rol by using a smaller Frame on Standard 35mm Films. It quickly became popular with compact-size Cameras that made Film Shooting more Portable and Spontaneous. I love it for the imperfect Look, the vertical Frames, and the rough black Borders that give each Photo its own Attitude.
